Welcome to Ma Ambition Dispatch. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and truck dispatching services.

By accessing our website, contacting us, or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms and any applicable written service or dispatch agreement.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using our website and services.

2. Our Services

Ma Ambition Dispatch provides truck dispatching and related administrative assistance to eligible motor carriers, owner-operators, and trucking businesses.

  • Broker and carrier communication.

  • Carrier onboarding and administrative support.

  • Factoring documentation guidance, where offered.

The availability and scope of services depend on the carrier’s requirements and the terms agreed upon between the parties.

3. Dispatching Rates and Fees

Our standard dispatching rates are:

  • Box Truck & Hotshot: 5% per load.

  • Flatbed, Reefer & Dry Van: 3% per load.

The applicable rate, fee calculation method, payment terms, and any additional charges will be confirmed in the applicable dispatch agreement or written service arrangement.

Carriers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the agreed fees before authorizing dispatch services.

Any changes to agreed pricing will be communicated in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

4. Carrier Responsibilities

Carriers using our services are responsible for:

  • Maintaining valid operating authority, registrations, and required licenses.

  • Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage.

  • Providing accurate company, equipment, and contact information.

  • Ensuring that drivers and equipment meet applicable safety requirements.

  • Reviewing and accepting load details before committing to a shipment.

  • Complying with applicable transportation laws and regulations.

  • Completing transportation services according to their agreements with brokers, shippers, and other parties.

  • Providing accurate and timely documentation necessary for dispatch coordination.

Ma Ambition Dispatch relies on the information provided by carriers and is not responsible for inaccurate information supplied by them.

5. Load Booking and Rate Negotiation

We may assist carriers in identifying available freight, communicating with brokers, and negotiating load rates.

All load offers are subject to availability, broker approval, equipment requirements, route conditions, and other applicable terms.

Carriers remain responsible for reviewing load details, confirming that a load meets their requirements, and authorizing acceptance before a binding commitment is made.

We do not guarantee a specific number of loads, freight rates, revenue, profit, or continuous work availability.

6. Broker Communication and Documentation

We may assist with broker communications, carrier packets, rate confirmations, and other dispatch-related documents.

Carriers must review relevant documents for accuracy and ensure that required information is complete before signing or accepting contractual obligations.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, Ma Ambition Dispatch does not have authority to sign transportation contracts or make binding commitments on a carrier’s behalf.

7. Payments and Billing

Carriers agree to pay dispatching fees according to the agreed pricing and payment schedule.

Any invoices, payment deadlines, and payment methods will be communicated through the applicable service agreement or written confirmation.

If a payment or invoice discrepancy arises, carriers should contact us promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

Late payments, outstanding balances, and any permitted remedies will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Service cancellations and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable written dispatch agreement.

Fees for services already performed may remain payable. Refunds, if applicable, will be assessed according to the circumstances, the agreed terms, and applicable law.

Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for additional information.

9. Independent Contractor Relationship

Ma Ambition Dispatch provides dispatching and administrative support as an independent service provider.

Nothing in these terms automatically creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship beyond any specific authority expressly agreed to in writing.

Carriers remain responsible for their drivers, vehicles, transportation operations, operating expenses, and obligations under their own business agreements.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve communication or coordination with third parties, including freight brokers, load boards, factoring companies, payment processors, and other service providers.

These third parties operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their independent business decisions, availability, systems, payment practices, or performance.

We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement and applicable law.

We strive to provide reliable dispatching assistance but do not warrant uninterrupted website availability, continuous freight availability, specific broker acceptance, particular shipping rates, or guaranteed business results.

Any estimates or information provided are for general informational or operational assistance and should be independently verified where appropriate.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ma Ambition Dispatch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or dispatching services.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from third-party broker decisions, load cancellations, market fluctuations, carrier operating expenses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. Any additional limitations agreed upon in a signed service agreement will apply to the extent legally enforceable.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from their unlawful conduct, material misrepresentation, breach of these terms, or violation of another party’s rights.

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from conduct for which Ma Ambition Dispatch is legally responsible.

16. Suspension or Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services in accordance with the applicable agreement if a user materially breaches these terms, provides fraudulent information, fails to meet agreed payment obligations, or engages in unlawful conduct.

Carriers may discontinue services according to the cancellation requirements in their applicable dispatch agreement.

Any outstanding fees and obligations incurred before termination will be handled according to the applicable agreement and law.

17. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal and business information are described in our Privacy Policy.

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review that policy.

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law and any existing agreement.
